Songwriting has really helped me and kept me sane throughout this current day to day either dealing with social distancing and isolation to just being stuck in one's own head, turning 40/41 through the last two years and or striving in staying positive and bright. I stay optimistic and know we will get through all these trials and in doing so feel it's very important to be a light to each other. Be it a kind word, sending out positive thoughts and energy into the world through song, to wearing a mask and staying alert to vaccines and our current day to day, better and brighter days are ahead.
